Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange.

No returns, one exchange
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Instead, each order is eligible for one exchange, requested within 20 days of receiving your garment. You can exchange for a different size or colour of the same piece, or for store credit to use on anything at am am.

Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Each item can be exchanged only once.

How to request an exchange
Get in touch with us through our Contact page within 20 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll share the return address and next steps. Once we receive and check the garment, we'll dispatch your replacement or issue your store credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

A note on sizing
am am sizes run small, so we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
