Shipping Policy

Free shipping across India
Every am am order ships free, anywhere in India. There's no minimum order value.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 10 to 14 days of being placed. Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping address
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details. If you spot a mistake, email us at amamorders1@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by courier issues, weather or public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days, please contact us at amamorders1@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll look into it.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Exchange Policy for details.

We currently ship within India only.
